Second Graders Form Living Museum
On April 17, third and fourth graders passed through a Living Museum of Women’s History on their way to chapel. In honor of Women’s History Month, second graders lined the walkway between Elderkin Hall and Tagart Memorial Chapel holding handmade posters of special women in their lives: mothers, grandmothers, sisters, aunts, teachers, and friends. Once inside the chapel, the celebration continued with songs and stories about women who have made a difference. After chapel, the second graders proudly lined up again so that students could take another peek at the faces on the posters and ask questions.
