Day of Firsts In New Dining Facilities
Monday, April 14 was a day of firsts in the Edward St. John Student Center. It was the first day students, faculty, and staff had the opportunity to eat lunch in the Paterakis Dining Hall (Middle and Upper School) and Esther Ann Hall (Lower School). The transition from Lamborn Hall was seamless thanks to the crew from SAGE Dining Services who were using the new kitchen for the first time.
The last first of the day was dinner for boarders and campus families in the Aarsand 1873 Room, which began with remarks from Headmaster Charlie Britton and a blessing by John Grega, Director of Religious Studies, Character, and Service.
