Kindergarten Discovers the Fun of Maps
A treasure hunt on Friday, February 26 took a group of kindergartners, who recently learned about maps, across campus where they discovered fun facts about McDonogh history. Pretending to be pirates, they followed a map to the business office where they were given access to the vault. There, instead of doubloons, they received another map directing them to Room 5 of Allan Building and the real treasure – ice cream sundaes.
