Reunion Weekend 2016 Saturday Events
When Reunion Weekend festivities continued on Saturday, May 7, the McDonogh campus was again bustling with activity beginning with the presentation of the Alumni Association's Distinguished Service Award. Recipients of the 2016 award were: Mara Daniel, Upper School World Languages Teacher; Susan Waskey, Administrative Assistant to the Upper School, alumni parent, and McDonogh grandparent; and Philip Olsen, Head of Choral Music Department and alumni parent. As the sun broke through the clouds, hundreds of alumni and their families turned out for the Family Crab Feast and Picnic on the Rollins Quadrangle. Many also took the opportunity to tour campus and to explore the Archives. On Saturday evening, classes celebrating milestone reunions gathered on and off campus to catch-up and reminisce.
