Living Legacy Society Lunch at Roots
More than 20 members of The John McDonogh Living Legacy Society gathered for a farm-to-table lunch on Wednesday, June 21 at Roots Farm. After lunch, Kevin Costa, Director of Innovation and Learning spoke about LifeReady learning at McDonogh and the role Roots plays. Following a meaningful conversation among the guests about the importance of collaboration and a strong work ethic, the group toured the farm and met the chickens who had taken up residence at Roots earlier in the week.
