Freezin' Eagles Take the Polar Bear Plunge
A new batch of “Freezin' Eagles,” 43 brave Upper Schoolers, soared into the the frigid waters of Sandy Point State Park to participate in the 2022 Maryland State Police Polar Bear Plunge on Thursday, March 24. Joining them in their frosty endeavor was Head of School Dave Farace ’87, who never misses a chance to support students as they seek to do the greatest good. Together students helped raise money to support the 6,102 Special Olympics Maryland athletes who train and compete free of charge throughout the state year-round.
