Kindergarten Leads Musical Journey from Creek to Chesapeake
Kindergartners took their families on a musical journey from McDonogh to the Bay, in Creek to Chesapeake—the annual Kindergarten Blooms musical performance on Thursday, April 20. The show, in the Klein Lyceum, featured renditions of classic waterway-themed tunes (Many Rivers to Cross, Cry Me a River, Catch a Wave) with backing tracks crafted by the third- and fourth-grade laptop orchestra. The 30-minute show, written by Lower School Music Teacher Cal Davis, illustrated how to get from McDonogh to the sea by boat.
