Distinguished Service and Young Alumni Awards
On Friday, November 3, more than 100 members of the McDonogh Family gathered under the Community Tent next to John McDonogh Stadium for the Distinguished Service Award (DSA) and Young Alumni Award (YAA) luncheon—two of McDonogh’s most prestigious honors. The event recognized alumnus John Beever ‘50 and former Headmaster Charlie Britton, as well as Kimmy Hilson Carmichael ‘10 and Mike Smith ‘15. The awards were presented by President of the Board of Trustees Michael Cummings and Head of School Dave Farace ‘87.
