Sophomore Poetry Slam
Students and faculty were amazed by the poise and power with which 11 sophomores spoke while reciting their poems for the annual Poetry Slam on Wednesday, May 22. They eloquently and bravely tackled a range of social and personal issues and themes. A big thank you to nationally known spoken word artist Lady Brion for emceeing the event and working with our students to prepare them for the performance!
