Champs in Spring Track
The girls track team won the IAAM spring track championship for the third consecutive season on May 14 at Calvert Hall. With 166 points, the girls finished far ahead of competitors and set meet records in the shot put, discus, 400 relay, and 800 relay.
The boys team, meanwhile, finished fourth in the MIAA championship meet with 83 points. Almost half came from Jason G. '06, who brought home four gold medals and earned Athlete of the Week honors in The Baltimore Sun for his achievements.
