Class of 2002 has 23 Recognized in Scholarship Programs
A total of 23 members of McDonogh's Class of 2002 have been recognized in National Merit scholarship programs: two as National Merit semifinalists and 18 as commended students, one as both a National Achievement semifinalist and a National Merit commended student, and two as National Achievement commended students. These honors are based on students’ performance on the 2000 Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, which they took as juniors.
