After seeing the Craig Wright play performed at the 2001 Contemporary American Theatre Festival, Anne F. was so moved that she asked to direct it at McDonogh this fall as part of the student director search. The drama borrows from Our Town with its omniscient narrator but is a "different, really moving piece," she says.

Last year, Anne directed The Vagina Monologues by Eve Ensler at Axis Theatre and was a winning contestant in Center Stage's Young Playwrights Competition.
