Sun in Spain
The international nature of the program meant that McDonogh students interacted with not just Spanish students. That was a particularly exciting aspect for Tristram T. ’05 who says, “It was great to experience Spain with great teachers and friends. I also gained a greater appreciation of not only the Spanish culture, but several others from around the world.”
Daniel confirms, “We met wonderful students from all over the world. In fact, two of the French students we met are coming to McDonogh for two weeks in October to visit us.”
The foreign language department hopes to repeat the program next summer if there is continued interest for a trip that Daniel describes as “a wonderful journey filled with laughter and good memories.”
