Tonight: "Choosing Civility" Author P.M. Forni to Speak at McDonogh
The McDonogh Parents Association's Wellness Committee invites you to "Choosing Civility," an informative and enlightening lecture by author Dr. P.M. Forni on the state of civility in the 21st century on Tuesday, April 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the Ceres M. Horn Theatre. He will offer clear and thoughtful suggestions in connecting effectively with others – at home, at work, in our daily encounters.
Dr. Forni is an award-winning professor at Johns Hopkins University, where he teaches civility and co-founded the Johns Hopkins Civility Project. Dr. Forni's work has been featured in international publications, including The New York Times, The Times of London, Wall Street Journal, and Forbes Magazine. He has also appeared on a number of radio and television shows, including ABC World News Tonight and CBS Sunday Morning.
All are welcome. Books will be available for purchase at the event.
