Help for Haiti: UNICEF Club Plans Feb. 9 Restaurant Fundraiser
The McDonogh for UNICEF Club has organized a restaurant fundraiser to help the relief efforts in Haiti.
The event will run February 9 from 4 to 9 p.m. at Cosi, located in the strip mall at the intersection of Reisterstown and McDonogh roads.
Said club advisor Gabriela Burns, "Cosi will donate 10% of the proceeds of the night to McDonogh, and we will, in turn, donate it to UNICEF for their work in Haiti. This is 10% of all customers, not just the people our school brings."
