UA Underclassmen and All-American Lacrosse
On Friday June 29, 10 McDonogh athletes joined the Baltimore All-Star team to compete in the Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic Underclassmen Games. Nick D. '13, Austin F. '13, Danny S. '13, Alex H. '14, and Brinton V. '14 represented McDonogh on the boys' team, while Casey B. '13, Sam B. '13, Maggie P. '13, Posey V. '13, and Megan W. '14 played for the girls' team.
Players spent the weekend at Towson University, braving the heat for the chance to face-off with talented players from across the country. Photos from Friday's game against the Midwest region can be found in the Baltimore Sun.
In addition, three graduates joined the All-America team on Saturday June 30. Taylor Cummings, Corinne Etchison, and Liz Bannantine played for the girls' team. Results from the tournament and a breakdown of the games are posted on Under Armour's website.
