Memorial Court Rededication Ceremony on Thursday
The McDonogh School community, alumni, and guests will gather on
Thursday, May
21
at
10:30 a.m. for the rededication of Memorial Court and our annual Memorial Day
service. The sacred space, originally dedicated in 1964 to honor McDonogh
alumni who lost their lives in World Wars I and II, has recently been enhanced to
include the names of alumni who died in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. The
service will closely mirror the original dedication ceremony and incorporate the
traditional Memorial Day elements.

Service. Additionally, throughout the day, students will have an opportunity to
visit a display of memorabilia from World War I through the Korean War collected
by Butch Maisel '72.
