Middle and Upper Students Take on First MathCON
From the nearly 100 students in grades 5-12 that registered for MathCON, a national math competition, McDonogh School placed eight finalists and six alternates. The group recently traveled to Chicago, Illinois to participate in the annual competition where several students earned awards. This is the first year that McDonogh has competed in MathCON thanks to the work of Upper School Math teacher Willie Little who organized and prepared the students for the competition.
