Joe Meurer '10 stays actively involved with the alumni community and always enjoys reconnecting with fellow Eagles and hearing about the positive impact McDonogh had on their lives. He is happy to be part of this eclectic group that fosters lifelong relationships and together strives to elevate the well-being of the School.

McDonogh played an important role in Joe’s development, and he demonstrates his gratitude by supporting the School through volunteerism and philanthropy. He has been a loyal donor to the McDonogh Fund and has served as the McDonogh Fund Young Alumni Chair as well as a committee member for the Class of 2010’s reunion gift efforts.

He says, “It’s important to recognize that tuition alone doesn’t cover the costs of providing a transformative education. I hope my contributions of time and philanthropy help sustain McDonogh’s strong reputation for generations of future students. Additionally, I hope my efforts will prompt others to join in to support our alma mater.”
