Don't Miss Yale's Alley Cats

Stephen Mulligan '06 and the rest of the Yale Alley Cats will be wowing the crowd at McDonogh on Monday, January 7. There will be a teaser performance during Upper School assembly and then a full concert for all ages in the Ceres M. Horn Theatre at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $5 for McDonogh students and $10 for adults.

As one of the nation's most renowned a cappella groups, the Yale Alley Cats have been spreading music around the world since 1943. They find their roots in jazz, but their repertoire has grown to include Motown, pop, classical, and many more genres.

The Alley Cats have been invited to perform at a host of different venues, from jazz clubs to embassies, from the set of TV's "The West Wing" to the main stage at the Dresden Music Festival, from the beaches of Hawaii to "Martha Stewart Living", from a square filled with hundreds of Parisians to Battell Chapel packed with hordes of screaming Yalies.
