Get into the Groove with The Eighth Notes
The Eighth Notes, McDonogh Middle School's premier singing group, presents Happy Together at the McDonogh Coffee House on Friday, January 24 and 25 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the Osborne Black Box Theatre. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate will be served with a selection of homemade desserts. The headliners are The Eighth Notes and The Martels, but there will be some surprise faculty guests and some parents performing as well.
The evening's theme reflects song selections from the 60s, 70s, and 80s including such favorites as Happy Together, How Sweet It Is, The Letter, Daniel,You're So Vain, Blowing in the Wind, Teach Your Children, Here Comes the Sun, You've Got a Friend, Joy to the World, Cats in the Cradle, Pinball Wizard, Both Sides Now, and Feelings.
