McDonogh Family Book Club!
Please join us for the first meeting of the McDonogh Family Book Club. We will be meeting in the Board Room of the Bowman House on October 4th at 7:30 pm. This meeting will be a planning meeting in which we will discuss the books we would like to read this year, and when the best times to meet will be. The first book we will read will be The Pressured Child by Michael Thompson, Ph.D. The book, which was read by the faculty over the summer, gives a powerful glimpse into the subject life of school children, and has a strong relationship to the work of McDonogh's Student Life Committee.
