The cooling of the weather and the "oranging" of the leaves every year unites students in the Lower, Middle, and Upper schools in the annual Spirit Week celebration. This year's festivities, November 4-8, conclude with the traditional football rivalry between McDonogh and Gilman on Saturday, November 9.
In past years, the student government of the senior class has boosted school spirit by offering Spirit Week t-shirts. This year, the senior class has opened shirt sales to the entire McDonogh community. Now everyone can display their school spirit in the November 8 Spirit Parade and the huge football game the next day.
Designed by Alex W. '03, the white short-sleeve shirt includes colorful images on front and back. Shirts are produced by Captain Jerry's.
