In the annual alumni exhibit in the Tuttle Gallery, September 19 to October 14, photography and drawings by David Fulton-Howard ’04 and Danny Greenberg '07 will be featured. Meet the artists in an opening reception, September 22 from 3 to 5 p.m.
Both David and Danny chose to pursue their art at highly selective universities, David at Harvard and Danny at Washington University in St. Louis. Both explore personal interests in their work--architecture, construction, cars and transportation in David's case and the development of gay individual identity in Danny's.
David, a 2010 Harvard graduate, majored in visual and environmental studies with a focus on photography. He is currently a technology support specialist at McDonogh.
Danny Greenberg comes from a line of artists. At first resistant to art-making, he developed his voice under the tutelage of the McDonogh art department.
In 2011, he received his BFA at Washington University in St Louis in printmaking with an emphasis in digital media and a minor in writing. A recipient of the 2011 Marsha Hertzman Blasingame Award in Printmaking and the 2010 Morris Horwitz Prize in Photography, he has exhibited nationally and internationally.
