It’s hard to believe, but MIAA and IAAM playoffs are underway. Make plans to cheer on the Eagles and, while you are at it, enjoy the beautiful spring weather.
- Girls Lacrosse: The undefeated varsity team beat Archbishop Spalding to advance to the IAAM finals on Saturday, May 11 at Gerstell Academy in Finksburg. They will take on St. Paul's School for Girls at 4:00 p.m. Admission is $8.
- Boys Tennis: The championship match is Thursday, May 9 at the higher seed (Calvert Hall or Gilman.)
- Boys Lacrosse: The Eagles flew by Gilman in the final game of the regular season to advance to the quarterfinal round of the MIAA playoffs. They will travel to Boys' Latin on Friday, May 10 for their next game which begins at 4:00 p.m.
- Boys Track: Day 2 of MIAA competition is Saturday, May 11 at Archbishop Spalding 9:00 a.m. Admission is $8.
- Girls Track: The girls track team competes on Thursday, May 9 at Howard Community College at 4:30 p.m. Admission is $8. Day 2 of competition is Saturday, May 11 at Archbishop Spalding 9:00 a.m. Admission is $8.
- Softball: Seeded #2, the girls varsity team will host Archbishop Spalding on Thursday, May 9 at 4:15 p.m. in the IAAM semifinals. Winner of this game advances to the championship game on Saturday, May 11 at 11:00 a.m. at Stevenson University. Admission is $8.
- Baseball: The varsity baseball team, with it’s winning record, has advanced to the MIAA playoffs. They will play on Friday, May 10. Opponent TBD.
