Lower School Celebrates 100th Day of School
The Lower School did not let the 100th day of school pass without a centennial celebration on Tuesday, February 21.
Students could be found with 100 items, from candy to stickers, stuck to their clothes. They also had fun peering out of the zeros in paper eyeglasses bearing the number 100 as they counted and sorted hundreds of objects such as Cheerios and pasta. A highlight of the day for students and faculty was discovering how many times they could hop in 100 seconds!
Kate Hailstone's second grade class honored the day by coming up with a list of 100 (actually 104) kind words. Their list is posted above the stairway in Elderkin Hall
